You can set the precision (number of decimal places) with which results are output. From the menu select Results|Output Precision. In the dialog box, specify the precision with which you would like the output to be presented. To return to the default presentation, select the "Clear" button.
The output precision does not effect calculations, it only changes the way that results are presented to the user.
